Prof Sir David King on resource scarcity and subsidies

Sir David King, former Chief Scientific Adviser to the UK Government is co-directing ReSource 2012, a new forum taking place in Oxford this July to tackle global resource scarcity.

Sir David came to the SMC to speaking on new research released by Oxford University on the economic impact of limited food and oil production capacity, the critical role of subsidies and their impact on the economy, energy poverty and global emissions.
