Meet and Greet with Chi Onwurah MP, Chair of the Science, Innovation and Technology Committee

As is customary with new CSAs and Science Ministers, the SMC invited the new Chair of the House of Commons Science, Innovation and Technology Committee to come and meet with Science and Health reporters. Chi Onwurah spoke about her plans for the Science & Technology committee, her views on the proposed budget cuts to science and her hopes for science under a Labour administration. She answered journalists questions and took soundings about what the Committee doing in coming years.
