A Wellcome Trust, BBSRC and Defra funded analysis of bovine Tuberculosis in cattle and badgers has exploited over fifteen years of observational and bacterial whole genome sequence data to provide the first ever direct estimates of the rates at which cattle and badgers infect each other with bovine Tuberculosis.
