Expert reaction to Angela Merkel seen shaking at an event
Steve Ford, CEO at charity Parkinson’s UK, said:
“The ongoing speculation about whether or not Angela Merkel might have Parkinson’s isn’t helpful. Her health is a matter between her and her doctor.
“There are multiple potential causes of tremor, and Parkinson’s is of course one of the best known. But there are over 40 Parkinson’s symptoms and it’s important to remember that not everyone will experience all of these.
