5G in the UK

The March budget included funding towards a future 5G network in the UK.

We gathered four experts to give their opinions on 5G and talk about things like

• what 5G is and how the technology works
• what’s different to 4G and how/whether it will benefit the UK public
• what the point of it is and how it will affect coverage, speed, reliability
• when to expect it and what must be done right to make sure it succeeds
